Voodoo Doughnuts and Oregon Museum of Science and Industry

We spent the day in Portland.  We picked up Scott, Sam’s brother, and started our adventure at Voodoo Doughnuts.  My friend from Maryland, who now lives in Kent, WA, met us there with her three girls.  The bacon covered maple doughnuts we fantastic.  We spent four hours in the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry.  The museum was amazing and there was so much to do.  It was great for Kim and I because our kids were entertained and we got to chat all day.  We didn’t end up leaving until 5pm.  We picked up Page, Scott’s wife, from work and then ate dinner at Red Robin.  We took advantage of their all you can eat fries.
