It was cold a really windy, but my adrenalin kicked in and I ran faster than I predicted. A few of my friends ran the 5K and they waited for me at my fish line. It was so sweet of them to cheer me on. Renée had a soccer game, so Sam wasn’t able to be there. This is how I did:
Bib – 6898
Time – 2 hours 3 minutes and 11 seconds
Overall place – 1525 out of 3678
Sex place – 478 out of 1786
Division 30-34 place – 99 out of 308

Way to go! I ran a mile my junior year in college. Probably the first and last time frame that will ever happen! Also, I'm reading the Historian too. I'm about half way, can't wait to discuss. I'm Loving it!!!

woohoo!!! you go, girl! that is an AWESOME time! my sister and best friend from high school ran a 1/2 marathon yesterday, and your time was right in the middle of theirs. you are AMAZING in EVERY way, and i LOVE you!!!
