It was my week to teach preschool (I am in a co-op with six other moms) and one of my big activities was to make gingerbread houses. The kids ate more candy and icing than they put on their houses but they sure enjoyed doing it.
i had a play date at my house on friday, and this is the same activity i planned. the kids definitely ate more candy than they should have!! i guess that's the fun on it! you are a wonderful preschool teacher :).
