My mom made me this quilt for my upcoming 30th birthday. She knew I was a little down about leaving my 20s behind. She sent me a letter that told me that, “Life is wonderful and every year should be celebrated.” I love my quilt and am thrilled to have something to remember this birthday by. Thank you, Mom. Birthday Quilt
My mom made me this quilt for my upcoming 30th birthday. She knew I was a little down about leaving my 20s behind. She sent me a letter that told me that, “Life is wonderful and every year should be celebrated.” I love my quilt and am thrilled to have something to remember this birthday by. Thank you, Mom. It is beautiful!

you have a wonderful mom, and that quilt is beautiful! i love it. i'm 31 now, so i can tell you from experience (ha!) that your 30s are better than your 20s (except you start having a little less energy...). enjoy the last 2 weeks of your 20s! but CELEBRATE your 30s! your mama is right :).
That quilt is so pretty!! And how fun to have it as a birthday memory. Most everyone I talk to really likes their 30s - it's just getting there that's the problem, I guess :) Happy early birthday!
