Birthday Quilt

My mom made me this quilt for my upcoming 30th birthday. She knew I was a little down about leaving my 20s behind. She sent me a letter that told me that, “Life is wonderful and every year should be celebrated.” I love my quilt and am thrilled to have something to remember this birthday by. Thank you, Mom. It is beautiful!

you have a wonderful mom, and that quilt is beautiful! i love it. i'm 31 now, so i can tell you from experience (ha!) that your 30s are better than your 20s (except you start having a little less energy...). enjoy the last 2 weeks of your 20s! but CELEBRATE your 30s! your mama is right :).

That quilt is so pretty!! And how fun to have it as a birthday memory. Most everyone I talk to really likes their 30s - it's just getting there that's the problem, I guess :) Happy early birthday!

What a nice Mom! That is really something to treasure. And, I think she is right about celebrating every year. I'll take your Mom's advice too and we'll help each other through 30!

PS - your hair looks cute!!
