Easter in Austin

We spent Eater weekend with Sam's brother and his family in Austin.  On Saturday we visited the capitol building and took a miniature train ride.  The kids had a great time with their cousins.  Saturday evening we made Easter cookies and read scriptures that told the Easter story.  Tera and I also stuffed tons of eggs.  I really love the egg hunt, so I always go a little over board.  On Sunday Sam and I woke up to squeals of delight (we were sleeping in the living room).  The kids ate candy for breakfast, but latter on Tera made us yummy scones.  We went to church and had our egg hunt after we got home.  It was so fun to spend Easter with Sam's side of the family this year.  Thanks for having us.

Sweet Baby Cocoa.  She is the happiest baby and a joy to be around.

The kids love spending time with their cousin Bennett, who is so nice to play with them.

Rapunzel was Renée's Easter surprise.

Carter got a bubble gun.

We made Easter cookies and this was our tomb.

I don't think Carter will have a problem eating this carrot.

Their Easter best.

I think she is a beauty.

Renée wanted to this picture.

The hunt is on!

Cooper caught on pretty quick to the madness.

Gavin still enjoys the hunt.
