Gavin ran in his first 5k race. I ran with him and we did it in 44 minutes and 14 seconds. He did really well and ran for a lot of the race. He talked the entire time and was very proud when we finished.
what the!?!? that is so awesome!!! you are the ONLY mama i know that would encourage her 7 year old to run a 5k! congratulations on such an awesome achievement!
Thats awesome. That's funny b/c I was thinking a while ago that it would be so neat to do something like that with your kids. What time was it? Looks dark!
