Carter’s PH probe went down his nose and into his stomach to test the acid levels. It was taped to his face and onto his back. He had to wear arm restrains to he wouldn’t pull it out when we weren’t right by him, like sleeping and riding in the car. The probe connected to a little computer that one of us had to wear and stay right by Carter while he was awake. Carter also had to have three meals, exactly four hours apart, lasting only 30 minutes. He couldn’t have anything to eat or drink between meals. As you can image, it was kind of a tough day.
We did get all of Carter’s test results back and everything came back normal. His pediatric GI said that if everything came back normal, there is nothing wrong with Carter and that he is just a small child. We already went to an endocrinologist, geneticist, and an ENT. We are out of specialists, so I guess this means he has a clean bill of heath.

Wow! I'm so sorry that you and Carter had to go through all of that! But I'm glad that everything came back normal. That's a relief, at least :)
I'm gald that Carter is fine! Sounds like a pain and very stressful to have to deal with the medical tests, but at least you know now that is healthy!
Glad to hear that he is ok and just a small child. That's a lot of tests and tubes for one little kid. He's a trooper.
poor little man! SO glad that everything came back okay!!
oh my goooosh!!! poor guy! Holy cow, that's so sad to see him like that. That was prob harder for you to watch. I'm glad you're both smiling in the pictures at least. Holy cow, I wouldn't be.
